Director of Marketing and Digital Media
We are currently seeking a highly accomplished and motivated individual with proven strategic, management and tactical skills to lead our Marketing and Digital Media team. You will be responsible for meeting aggressive ticket sales targets in excess of $36 million per year and directing the Festival’s advertising and online presence. You will develop and execute an annual marketing plan designed to retain, develop, diversify and grow our audiences through digital media, advertising, in-house publications and direct marketing. You will collaborate with the Director of Audience Development to develop and implement plans designed to encourage audience loyalty.
You have a highly successful track record in developing and executing marketing activities closely linked to tickets sales and to building an audience base. You have keen insight into current and emerging digital and social media trends, along with the ability to swiftly implement effective strategies. You have a proven ability to motivate and manage a team of professional staff and outside contract agencies.
Director of Audience Development
We are currently seeking a dynamic leader with exceptional management and organizational skills who will take overall responsibility for building audience loyalty and ensuring an extraordinary experience for our 500,000 visitors each year. You will liaise with the Director of Marketing and Digital Media on the annual direct marketing plan and develop and introduce services designed to increase audience loyalty. You will oversee the Box Office, Front of House, Food & Beverage and Retail operations, and ensure that revenue targets are met in these areas. You will lead a team of front-line managers to help deliver a customer experience that exceeds patron expectations.
You must possess strong communication and leadership skills and be able to motivate the Festival’s 250 customer-facing employees. Your experience and training in customer service excellence and customer loyalty is essential to your success in this position. A background in Marketing, Communications or Customer Loyalty is required.
Both positions are full-time and located in Stratford, ON.
