Program Coordinator

Reporting to and working with the Executive Director, the Program Coordinator is charged with supporting the Executive Director in the coordination and delivery of the programs of Artspace.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Office Management
  • Bookkeeping and liaising with the financial manager
  • Program data collection and analysis
  • Event planning and execution
  • Representing Artspace at events
  • Providing services to clients including bookkeeping and other services as qualifications allow

Key Requirements

The Program Coordinator will be an experienced, dynamic administration professional. A strong working knowledge of QuickBooks is essential as is a thorough understanding of information technology systems and standard office software. Knowledge of and appreciation for arts and culture is an asset. The Program Coordinator will have great people skills that will inspire confidence from a variety of stakeholders.

Details

A thirty-two hour workweek.

The work schedule will be developed based on position needs (limited travel, weekend and evening work may be required).

Salary range: $28,000 to $32,000 annually – commensurate with qualifications.
